It's confusing, is not it? Who was able to travel the road toward their own personal self improvement or spiritual enlightenment quickly to the fact that it does not prove a particularly easy ride. We soon find that our well-planned path suddenly obscured by the glare of thousands of lights - all sweeping our miserable little street and waved to us. "This way!" "Follow me!" "I am the true way!" "Yo Butt-Head, over here!"
WeRead articles and listen to the books, tapes and CD's, take courses, watch some videos and maybe even go to a seminar or two. We can often spot some similarities in the foundation, we are introduced to concepts - and sometimes we can not. There are times when the differences in approaches to self-improvement and spiritual enlightenment blatantly - offer even to the point with conflicting or contradictory theories.
And where is the truth? Which way isReality and fantasy is? Are these people lie about these things - or they are just crap built? How can so many different "right" ways to move to a better life? Spiritually speaking, how can the reports and notices, presumably by one or more guided tours or channeling spirits differ so strongly presented by the reports and guidelines that other ambassadors from the "other side"?
It looks horribly messy, does not it? To be honest, it is - if wefocuses on the identification of a complete, fully assembled, ready-to-go package of "truth" that we can fit in our little lives. I hate it, the bearer of sad news, but life is not without a Sears catalog. (And yes, they are still actually printed - in the form of specialty catalogs ...) There is simply no way a "solution to my quest for a better life" in the exact type, size and color, your individual frames fit. Why? Well - no other person(Trainer, motivator, writer, designer program, are media, etc.) you. No one else has your genetics and collage of experiences. No other person has your potential and interests. Nobody!
Life and the search for any type of personal improvement is definitely a do-it-yourself project. It is our personal puzzle that we are obliged, not knowing what will look like the final image assembly. Oh yeah, the other little detail that we are also obliged to find allthe puzzle pieces that are apparently randomly scattered in our existence here on Earth. Dang - that's not easy!
And to tell the truth, is not easy for all individuals and organizations whose programs, courses, seminars, articles and books you find on your way to your destination to be found. They all have to get the pieces as you do. What they found, they have together to create their image of "truth". ThisThe image is similar to other images created by other persons or organizations. It can not. It does not mean that it is wrong or created to be deliberately misleading. It's just a different picture.
Our challenge is therefore to gather images of another, use to identify the individual pieces from these images that we feel we can lock in our own lives use of images and slide it. A piece from here - one more from there. One after the other. Piece by piece.
Andround somewhere in this life, puzzle games will experience solving to begin our own "life picture" to take shape. No, we will never find all the pieces to our puzzle - but we can find most of them. And if we do, we will look at the situation in our image and know that it is ours. It is our personal solution to life's puzzle. Our personal image. Our personal truth.
